With a 4-cent increase, the national average came in at $2.502, following a 2.1-cent increase, to $2.462, for the week of November 23, and a 5.8-cent increase, to $2.441, for the week of November 16, and 1.1-cent gain, to $2.383, for the week ending November 9.
