Diesel average heads up for first time in four weeks, reports EIA

With a 0.004-cent increase, this week’s diesel average came in at $2.428 per gallon. This followed a 0.03-cent decline to $2.424, for the week of August 3, and a 0.006-cent decline, to 2.427 per gallon, for the week of July 27.
