National diesel average is down for the third time in last five weeks, reports EIA

Falling 0.002 cents, this week’s average came in at $3.062. This followed last week’s 0.014-cent gain and a decline of 0.001 cents, for the week ending October 21. Going back to the week of September 23, diesel has fallen a cumulative 0.019-cents.
