Diesel average heads up for fifth consecutive week, reports EIA

With a 0.002-cent increase, the national diesel average now stands at $3.171 per gallon. This slight decline follows gains on 2.2-cents, 2.7-cents, and 2.5-cents, respectively, over the previous three weeks.
