Following a recent announcement stating they would delay the consideration of their Container Dwell Fee, for ocean carriers, until November 22, the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) and the Port of Long Beach (POLB), whom collectively account for roughly 40% of United States-bound import volumes, said late yesterday that the fee now will not be considered until November 29.
