Data recently provided to LM by ShipMatrix, a subsidiary of Pittsburgh-based SJ Consulting showed somewhat mixed on–time performance (OTP) ranges, in July and August, for major parcel carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
