Commerce reported that November retail sales—at $546.5 billion—were down 1.1% compared to October and were up 4.1% annually, and NRF’s data showed that showed that November was off 0.3% on a seasonally-adjusted basis compared to November, while increasing 8.8% on an unadjusted basis annually.
