Following a 0.005-cent decrease, to $2.433 per gallon, for the week of July 20, the national average dropped another 0.006 cents, to $2.427 per gallon, for the week of July 27. And this week, the national diesel average dropped 0.003 cents, to $2.424 per gallon.
